HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
One to two weeks prior to your preferred date would be perfect.
Please note that the cancelation of treatments needs to be done two days in advance – last minute cancelations will lead to the loss of the 15% booking deposit.

DO YOU DO HOUSE APPOINTMENTS?
Unfortunately, not. We do need a clean and sterile environment to commence with treatments and believe that The Skincare Co. clinic is the safest space for our clients.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are currently situated in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for the opening of new branches around the beautiful South Africa.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
People notice an immediate “glow” to their skin. Visible changes to the skin develop over the course of several days and weeks. Results continue to improve up to six months after their last treatment as collagen production continues.
DOES MICRONEEDLING HURT?
The treatment is relatively painless but numbing cream is provided and recommended. To ensure maximum results and minimum pain, please refrain from alcohol the night before the procedure and limit caffeine intake the day of the procedure.
Proper post-care products are available for purchase to aid in healing, comfort, and more advanced anti-aging.

We use a new disposable needle with every client, to ensure safety and no cross-contamination.
